Jurisdictional Runoff Management Plan (JRMP)

The City's Jurisdictional Runoff Management Plan (JRMP) encompasses City-wide programs and activities designed to prevent and reduce storm water pollution within City boundaries. The JRMP was adopted by City Council on June 16, 2015. Updates to the JRMP were submitted to the Regional Water Quality Control Board in January 2017 and accepted.

Under the requirements of the new Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Permit, a completed JRMP Annual Report Form for each Watershed Management Area is submitted as part of the Water Quality Improvement Plan Annual Report. The City proposed administrative changes to the JRMP in January 2018.  The proposed changes are shown in strikeout/redline in the files listed below.  A summary of the proposed administrative changes is also provided below.
