Joe Garcia

Communications Manager

Originally hailing from San Diego, Joe began his career Washington D.C., previously holding posts at the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, National Endowment for the Arts, and the White House Office of Communications during the Biden-Harris Administration. He earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and political science from Yale University and holds graduate degrees from the London School of Economics and Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs.

In his free time, he enjoys rooting for San Diego sports teams, improv comedy, and playing guitar.
