Community Representative

Miles Noel was born in Los Angeles, California, and moved to San Diego as he entered 5th grade and has stayed here ever since. Growing up in Rancho Peñasquitos, Miles graduated from Mt. Carmel High School and went on to attend San Diego State University where he would earn his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in 2021.

Miles had previously served the community with Congresswoman Sara Jacobs (CA – 53) and on her re-election campaign for (CA – 52). Miles is excited to take what he’s learned at the federal level and apply it here at the City. He now serves as our Community Representative for the District 7 Office overseeing the North Mission Valley, Serra Mesa, and Linda Vista communities.

In his spare time Miles likes to stay active by going on hikes and the gym, but also loves to stay inside to read, watch ice hockey, or hangout with his friends and family.
