Meetings 2025
Commission Chair: Ann Bossler
Commission Vice Chair: Tyler Hewes
Commission for Arts and Culture meetings may be held in-person and virtually:
To promote greater accessibility to the public, meetings of the Commission for Arts and Culture are held in person and may also be available virtually via Zoom Webinar, when applicable.
Members of the public may provide comment on agendized items or during Non-Agenda Public Comment by attending in person or, when offered, joining remotely using a desktop computer, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, or by calling in using a phone. If participating by phone, press *9 to raise your hand and *6 to unmute.
Written comments may also be submitted in advance without attending the meeting in person or virtually.
In-Person Comment on Agenda Items
Each speaker must file a written request (speaker slip) at the meeting at which they wish to speak, indicating which item they wish to speak on. Each speaker may speak for up to three minutes, subject to the Commission Chair's determination of the time available for meeting management purposes.
Location of meetings and Webinar links may be found on the agenda. Agenda’s will be posted 72 hours in advance of meetings.
Virtual Testimony:
Members of the public may provide comments during the meeting during the comment period for Non-agenda Public Comments or Agenda Public Comments, following the Public Comment Instructions.
Written Comment through Webform:
In lieu of in-person or virtual attendance, members of the public may submit their comments using the webform. If using the webform, indicate the agenda item number for which you wish to submit a comment. Instructions for word limitations and deadlines are noted on the webform. On the webform, members of the public should select Arts & Culture Commission (even if the public comment is for a Commission for Arts and Culture Committee meeting).
The public may attend a meeting when scheduled by following the attendee meeting link provided below. View a meeting archive video.
