The Commission records, investigates, resolves, or refers citizen complaints of discrimination, bias incidents, and unfair treatment. Advises and assists the Mayor and Council in "ameliorative" efforts to provide equal opportunity and access and enhance peace and good order.

If you would like to file a discrimination complaint with our office you may download the Complaint of Discrimination form and the Authorization to Release Information form (PDF). Upon completion of the forms please mail them to our address located on the top of each form. Please also review the Discrimination Complaints Process (PDF).
