University Heights

University Heights is a wonderful residential community that sits above Mission Valley and is surrounded by beautiful canyons. This neighborhood once featured the Mission Cliff Gardens, the Harvey Bentley Ostrich Farm and the original trolley system’s barn. Today, University Heights is home to a vibrant business district along Park Boulevard and the award-winning Trolley Barn Park.
