Rolando Park is a College-area community and was one of the early suburbs in San Diego that was established along the west-to-east main corridors before the construction of Interstate 8. 

It is bordered by College Avenue to the west, California State Route 94 to the south, the city of La Mesa to the east, and University Avenue to the north.

Rolando Park Community Council

Rolando Park Community Council and Redwood Village Community Council meet jointly on the second Monday of each month except July and August, in person at Rolando Park Elementary, 6620 Marlowe Dr. and via Zoom.
