Customer Care Center

The Customer Care Center is the City's enterprise billing system. It provides Public Utilities customers access to self-serve options in managing their Water/Sewer account.

Sign Up for a Customer Care Center Account

To open a Customer Care Center account, information from your paper bill will be needed (account number, name on account, etc.). Please select the button below and enter the correct information in all required fields.

NOTE: When you enroll, your account automatically defaults to an email notification of when your new bill is ready to view online. You can choose to continue receiving paper bills by editing that option in your Customer Care Center account.

Enroll in the Customer Care Center

After enrolling, you can:

  • pay your bill online (bank account only);
  • access and print your current and past bills;
  • view usage and meter readings;
  • set up recurring payments;
  • enter Move-In/Out and Start/Stop services information; or
  • choose to receive paper bills.
