Councilmember Todd Gloria was joined by representatives from the Altadena Neighborhood Association, and staff from Engineering and Capital Projects for the groundbreaking ceremony to showcase planned improvements. "I am excited that we're finally breaking ground on the Thorn Street Median Project," Councilmember Todd Gloria said. "North Park neighbors and the Altadena Neighborhood Association should be recognized for their effort, relentless spirit and patience getting the project this far. I join neighbors in looking forward to the completion of these improvements, which will beautify the community and make it safer."
