The Administration & Right of Way (ROW) Coordination Division provides centralized policies and coordination of activities within the City's ROW. The Division is responsible for coordination of activities within the public ROW between City departments, public & private utilities, developers and other entities that perform work within the public ROW. The Division ensures that improvements to the ROW are reviewed, permitted and inspected for quality assurance and conformity to policies, procedures and standards.
