Motion supported by Jim / AT&T without delays that may result from RFP process. Friendly Amendment (Eddy) to advise city to also consider third party pole company, eg Crown Castle, to build pole and lease to carriers with priority being not add new poles per carrier. Kennedy confirmed third party would be acceptable, using existing infrastructure when available and adequate.
