Carmel Valley Current Community Plan


The Carmel Valley (North City West) Community Plan was adopted by City Council on Feb. 1, 1975. There are also separate precise plans for various neighborhoods identified in the community plan (listed below).

Carmel Valley Community Plan

On May 21, 2015, the City Council rescinded previous approval of amendments to the General Plan, the Carmel Valley Community Plan and the Carmel Valley Employment Center Precise Plan for the One Paseo development project. The previously certified Final Environmental Impact Report is posted below.
