The current Rancho Encantada Public Facilities Financing Plan and Facilities Benefit Assessment, Fiscal Year 2010, was adopted by the City Council on October 14, 2009; and an Area of Benefit was designated on November 19, 2009. The plan can be viewed from the following links or purchased from the City Planning & Community Investment Department, Facilities Financing Section, located at 9485 Aero Drive, San Diego, CA 92123.
