The City offers two affordable housing density bonus incentives for 100-percent affordable projects.
To be eligible under this program a development must set aside 100-percent of the pre-density bonus units as affordable to very low- and low-income households, except that 20% may be set aside as affordable to moderate income households. There are additional affordability requirements for the post-density bonus units, as specified in the Municipal Code.
