The Development Impact Fees (DIF) Annual Report is required per the California Government Code Sections 66006(b)(1)(a) and 66001(d).

The interactive web map tool was created to provide a user-friendly and dynamic method to interpret the volumes of data provided in the published report. This web map captures all active Capital Improvements Projects (CIP) funded at least in part with DIF revenues.

For more information about each project, click on the mapped feature. Once expanded, the pop-up window contains DIF capital project detail. For current and complete project detail, click on “More info” to visit the official City CIP Project Map Viewer.

CIP Project Information is maintained by the Public Works Department and developer reimbursement agreement capital project information is maintained by the Planning Department.
