Out of the Office During Open Enrollment

If you will be out of the office over the entire Open Enrollment period please to complete the Multi-Factor Authentication process from a City computer before you are out of the office. This will enable you to access the Benefits Enrollment application and make changes to your benefits from a non-City computer during the regular Open Enrollment period.

The Risk Management Department, Flexible Benefits Office will not be processing paper applications or extending the Open Enrollment period for employees unless there is an exceptional circumstance (i.e. medical emergency). Absences will be verified with the department.

As a reminder, changes after the Open Enrollment period are only allowable if you have a Qualifying Event.
