Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP)

The Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) is a benefits program that incentivizes and encourages City employees and volunteers to utilize mass transit and van pools as their primary mode of transportation to and from work. TAP subsidizes the cost of bus, trolley, Coaster and vanpools for City employees. TAP is available to all City employees, including volunteers working in a City department. Payroll deductions will be made on a pre-tax basis.

Staff is currently working remotely to continue providing TAP services. If you need assistance with a TAP pass, you may request an appointment using the TAP Appointment Request form.
