Plaque, 27 x 19, presented to the City of San Diego for being the best city in North America for Conventions and Meetings, based on a 2004 study conducted by the Watkins Research Group of 44 leading convention destinations. San Diego was top-rated for the Convention Center, Hotel Packages and the Convention and Visitor's Bureau. This was presented by Chris Fraham, Chairwoman, San Diego Convention Center Corporation.
