Wooden plaque, 12 x 9 inches, given to the City of San Diego for partipation in Expo-Fiesta Tecate '90 in Baja California, Mexico, in July 1990. This was presented by L.A.E. Jesus Ruben Adame Loustaunau, who was the Mayor of Tecate from 1989 thru 1992.
