Letter of Introduction for Miss Yayoi Tanaka from Mayor Michikazu Saigo of Yokohama. She toured San Diego July 17 - August 29, 1982, under the annual Student Exchange Program, staying with a host family. The tour included 18 participants and was organized by Yokohama's local Lions Club, designed to expand student knowledge of the American way of life and cultural heritage. Yokohama, Japan, is a San Diego Sister City.
