The Inclusionary Housing Regulations apply to all developments proposing ten or more dwelling units as well as condo conversion development of two or more dwelling units. The regulations require a minimum of 10-percent of the total dwelling units to be rented to very low or low-income households; or for-sale developments are required to provide a minimum of 10-percent of the units affordable to median-income households or 15-percent of the units affordable to moderate-income households. Projects utilizing the Affordable Housing Regulations: Density Bonus program or the Complete Communities Housing Solutions program are exempt from the Inclusionary Housing requirements.
