The new Logan Heights Branch Library opened December 11, 2009. This incredible two-story, 25,000-square-foot branch library is at the heart of the Logan Heights Community. In this video, San Diego Public Library Director Deborah Barrow describes the impact of the new facility, San Diego City Council President Ben Hueso discusses the community's participation in building the library and architect Joseph Martinez describes the strong latino influences in the library's design.
