Carmel Mountain Ranch Library hosts an adult book discussion group on the fourth* Thursday of the month from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the Carmel Mountain Ranch Library, 12095 World Trade Drive, San Diego, CA, 92128. *may change to second Tuesdays around holidays.

Carmel Valley Teen Book Club, for students in grades 7-12, meets the fourth Monday of the month at 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Carmel Valley Branch Library, 3919 Townsgate Drive, San Diego, CA 92130, 858-522-1668. In the month of December, the book club will meet on the third Monday. The book club does not currently meet in the months of June, July, and August.

Central Library - Murder by the Book, a true crime book club for adults that meets the third Tuesday of each month from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. in the 5^th floor Travel Center at Central Library, 330 Park Blvd., San Diego, CA 92101, (619) 236-5800. This book club also meets virtually. No club meeting in December.
