"Over 45" Ministerial Applications

San Diego Municipal Code (SDMC) §143.0212 contains language regarding site-specific surveys for development for any parcel containing a structure that is 45 or more years old and not located within any area identified as exempt. The Development Services Department provides information regarding historical resources online.
