Developments providing qualifying housing for transitional foster youth, disabled veterans, or those experiencing homelessness is eligible for a density bonus in exchange for affordable housing units. A minimum of 10-percent of the pre-bonus units are required to be affordable at a rate not to exceed 30-percent of 50-percent of the area median income.
