VITA Centers

VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) and TCE (Tax Counseling for the Elderly) provide free tax assistance to people with low to moderate incomes (VITA) and the elderly (TCE).

Tax Forms

The San Diego Public Library's Central Library (3rd Floor) and the North University Community Library will have limited number of individual Federal and California State tax forms for the 2018 tax year. Due to IRS budget cuts, we will receive fewer IRS forms and instructions, with no schedules or related publications.
