To facilitate efficient transactions at the Miramar Landfill fee booth, the City of San Diego's Environmental Services (ESD) offers payment through Deferred Payments Account (DPA) services. DPA is available for landfill customers who use the Miramar Landfill on a regular basis, prefer not to pay by cash or check at each visit, and maintain a minimum usage equating to $250 over a three month period. An Outgoing Materials Deferred Payment Account (OMDPA) is offered for landfill customers who purchase large volume of mulch, compost, woodchips or other landfill products.
