To facilitate efficient transactions at the Miramar Landfill fee booth, the City of San Diego's Environmental Services (ESD) offers two convenient payment options. A Deferred Payment Account (DPA) is available for landfill customers who use the Miramar Landfill on a regular basis, prefer not to pay by cash or check at each visit, and maintain a minimum usage equating to $1,000 over a three month period. An Outgoing Materials Deferred Payment Account (OMDPA) is offered for landfill customers who purchase large volume of mulch, compost, woodchips or other landfill products.
