Following the California Public Health announcement lifting the regional stay-at-home order, the City of San Diego will reinstate enforcement of parking regulations effective January 29,2021.
From January 29, 2021 through February 7, 2021, the city will issue warning notices. Starting February 8, 2021, citations with corresponding fines will be issued to vehicles parked in violation of any State or local regulation. This includes previously suspended regulations such as violating street sweeping parking restrictions, metered parking, time limits and yellow commercial zones.”
