Inspiration Point

Inspiration Point is a great place to hold a small wedding, memorial service, or even a have a picnic. There is a view of Mission Valley and numerous trees that offer shade year-round. There are also several picnic tables.

Inspiration Point is located off of Taylor Street near Interstate 8. Take Interstate 8 to the Taylor Street exit. Head west on Taylor Street and turn left up the steep hill near the onramp. This is a small parking lot at the top of the hill.

Note:
This popular wedding site is available to permit six months in advance but is not available on holiday weekends or during major park events.

Available Hours 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (6 p.m. during daylight-savings time)
Food/Beverages Food is allowed onsite but no glass containers.
Restrooms There is no public restroom available at this site.
