On September 29, 2020 the City Council approved an amendment to the Carmel Mountain Ranch Community Plan to redesignate a 0.46-acre site at 10211 Rancho Carmel Drive from Low Medium Residential at 6-29 dwelling units per acre to Very High Residential at 75-109 dwelling units per acre. The changes associated with the amendment have now been incorporated into the community plan.
