Library Locations

   All 36 San Diego Public Library branches will serve as official Mail Ballot Drop-Off locations for the 2020 Presidential General Election from Tuesday, October 6th through Tuesday, November 3rd.

Your signed, sealed and dated voted mail ballot envelope can be dropped off during these hours:
  • Monday through Friday 10:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • On Election Day, Tuesday November 3rd, hours for dropping off voted mail ballots will be 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

   Contactless Holds Pickup Service now available at 24 library locations Monday through Friday at 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

   Our book drops are open at 35 library locations Monday at 9 a.m. and close Friday at 5:30 p.m. Paradise Hills Library book drop is closed until further notice.
